Volot Systems Last updated: 10 July 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the internal research and development (R&D) application developed by Volot Systems for the purpose of integrating with the LinkedIn Marketing Developer Platform (MDP) Advertising API and the Meta Marketing API. This application is used solely to manage and analyze Volot Systems' own LinkedIn and Meta advertising accounts. It is not offered to, or used on behalf of, any third party, client, or external advertiser at this time.
Through the LinkedIn Advertising API and the Meta Marketing API, this application accesses the following categories of data, limited to Volot Systems' own LinkedIn and Meta ad accounts:
No personal profile data belonging to LinkedIn members or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) users outside of Volot Systems' authorized personnel is accessed, collected, or processed by this application.
Data retrieved through the API is used exclusively for:
Data is not used for advertising, resale, profiling of individuals, or any purpose beyond the internal R&D activity described above.
Data retrieved via the API is stored on infrastructure controlled by Volot Systems (Microsoft Azure), with access restricted to authorized Volot Systems personnel involved in the R&D effort. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to support ongoing development and testing and is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer required for that purpose.
Data accessed through this integration is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party. No client, partner, or external organization has access to the LinkedIn account, API credentials, or data associated with this application.
Access to the LinkedIn Advertising API and the Meta Marketing API is authenticated using OAuth 2.0, scoped to Volot Systems' own LinkedIn and Meta ad accounts respectively. API credentials, tokens, and any retrieved data are stored securely and are not exposed outside Volot Systems' internal development environment.
This application is currently limited to Volot Systems' own accounts for internal R&D purposes. Any future extension of this integration to manage or report on third-party or client LinkedIn or Meta ad accounts will require a separate review and, where applicable, a separate application to LinkedIn and/or Meta, along with a corresponding update to this Privacy Policy to reflect the expanded scope and any additional data handling practices.
For questions regarding this Privacy Policy or the data practices described herein, contact:
Volot Systems may update this Privacy Policy as the scope of the application changes, including if and when the integration is extended beyond internal R&D use. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
